Best-practice usage

For eczema / psoriasis / barrier repair positioning:

Application:

• Apply a small amount to clean, slightly damp skin
• Warm between fingertips
• Apply gently into affected areas
• Leave on as a protective moisturising layer
• Use 1–2 times daily or as required

Optional (if you ever intend dual-use positioning):

• If used as a richer mask, apply a thicker layer and leave for 10–15 minutes, then tissue off excess (NOT rinse with water)
