A general rule of thumb is to use about 1 ounce (a shot glass full) for your face, neck, and body. For the face, you should use about a nickel-sized amount.

Apply Evenly

Make sure the sunscreen is evenly spread across all exposed skin, with no missed spots. Make sure to cover your face, neck, and any other parts of your body exposed to the sun.
